Eighteen, Idealistic, Romantic (hopelessly so), Naive, Clumsy, Independent, Optimistic. Don’t try and shove me into a box or fit me into a mold. I am me. No one else. I will never be you. I am who God created me to be. I am not perfect, and frankly, I don’t want to be, unless I am perfect like Christ, not perfect by the World’s standard. I hate conformity, although sometimes fall prey to it. I don’t like assumptions, and I try not to judge. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt and am far too trusting. I will give you my heart without reservation and pray that you cherish it. Needless to say, it has been broken too often. I can find fulfillment outside of a romantic relationship and don’t need a boy to make me happy, although they can be quite nice. I look for beauty in the world and in other people. I will try to find the True, Good, and Beautiful in everything, for even the worst people are created in the Imago Dei. This doesn’t mean that I don’t see the bad, or choose to ignore it. I am a firm believer in second chances. I am who I am, who I choose to be. You are in my world now, love me, or leave. There is no other choice. I will not change myself to fit into your idea of who I should be. These are my thoughts, words, rantings, and glimpses. If you look carefully, you may find something worth keeping, although I don’t promise. Take freely what I have to give. Partake of my world. You may be surprised.
